No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! Looking for someone that can either give a link or that makes Euro Scart RGB cables for the PCE. I am looking to buy at least 2 for now. If anyone can help me out please let me know. Thanks
Finally playing these games I couldn't get my hands on back in 91' !!! Nec fan always !!!

Broken on the neo geo forums is selling pce rgb  cables and amps. I think he has an acct here too but not sure if he checks in very often.
