What is the difference... Space Invaders Hu/CD

I just placed a bid on Space Invaders Hu and then today I found out there is a CD version. Are they the same game or are they completely different? I haven't been able to find any videos of the CD version on YouTube... that is unless it is the same basic game.

The Hu is an updated version of Space Invaders, kind of like Galaga '90. The CD release is just a bunch of different versions of the original Space Invaders, plus a versus mode and a variety of weird backdrops.

I like them both, personally, but I'm kind of a sucker for Space Invaders in general.

The updated SI on HuCARD is great, IMHO.

I think I may have to get both myself. I've played the Hu version and enjoyed it, but the CD version sounds like the pure Space Invaders experience. Thanks.

I really need to get the PC-Engine Space Invaders soon (and Space Invaders '91 on Genesis).
