No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! I'm not sure if there's one that exists. Any good ones on Mac that work?

use mame.  I don't know of just a stand alone neo emulator.

Or just emulate windows 7 and run a emulator within a emulator. :P

I'm not sure if MacMAME works anymore, but I'll try to find a newer version.
