Exile Wicked Phenomenon comes with game disc, case, tray liner/insert and manual.

Manual cover has a bit of wear from the jewel case slots, you can judge for yourself in the photos. Read-side of the disc looks very nice. The easily replaceable jewel case is worn but not cracked.
