2/13/2025: Localization News - Cosmic Fantasy 3-4!

Rather earth-shattering news in the PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16 community: Cosmic Fantasy 3 & 4 has been officially localized to English by Edia 30 years later for the Switch! Hard to believe! I know their script quality is poor given the 1&2 port but still good to see.

This raffle is for the yellowed case and manual seen in the pics below. I have photographed my non-yellowed case beside it so that you have a good idea of the extent of the yellowing. Because of the lighting, you can't tell how yellow the manual actually is, but the difference between each manual is the same as between the cases.

When I got the case and decided to raffle it off instead of my own, I had planned to use the same rules as mickcris' raffle. But because of the recent barrage of creeps invading the forum, I am going to stick to my normal giveaway entry rule of anyone is welcome to opt in, but I'm only going to include whoever I choose and will not make those names public. I will decide the winner by drawing a name from the pool however.

I had been waiting until I could sort out all of my spare games and cases, but it's going to be a while longer, so the winner can pick one of the following games as well:

I will pay for regular shipping in a bubble envelope or something to Canada or the "lower 48 states". If the winner would like fancier shipping or to another location, they can pay for the rough total cost.

Also, I have had good luck with slightly yellowed cases and a Magic Eraser...

The case can easily be swapped out with one from a cheap PCE game. The manual and insert/tray liner are yellowed though. Otherwise, I would have replaced my keeper manual for it.

Just a free bump to say that this kind of stuff is why I love this community so much. Awesome raffle Mang. Effera and Jillora is an awesome game too. Nice little grouping of freebies right there. I hope it all goes to a good home and is enjoyed...not for Shelf Monkies or Collectards!

My first post here was about getting the Super System Card I picked up to work.  The answer was pulling it out juuuust a little bit and then it worked fine.  I'd love a case to give that guy a home.  Please enter me in this raffle.

I realize English probably isn't your first language (ASL I presume?) so I apologize if I'm being overly harsh here.  I'm usually pretty laid back and whatnot, but you are entering a raffle for a fairly uncommon and sought after US SuperSystem Card case and manual.  If BT put this on e-bay starting at $0.01, the auction would probably end well over $100... and here you are, signing up for the raffle so you can fix your Be Ball case because you don't want to drop $5 on some common JP hucard from a local Ebay seller?  Dude... think about how that looks.

It is not my raffle, though, and maybe BT will let you in.  *shrug*

Here's a hint...I hope that you didn't throw them out if they are Hu Card games. You'd be surprised what a Pink Eraser can accomplish. Just need to clean those pins up nice and shiney VERY carefully, and said games could come back to like...maybe just dirty...

No they were XBOX games discs, the seller said they "worked" and were "in great condition' but they were scratched and not working :( this is why I go to flea markets

Very cool item to raffle off, This works on the turbografx16 and not the pc engine right? I have one for the pce but have never got my system modded to use it.

This case is indeed compatible with either TG-16 or PCE HuCards.
