Prices adjusted. Didn't see those sealed copies. If you go through the sold listings, there are used copies of both games selling for as almost as much or more than those sealed copies you've pointed out. I only looked at the sold listings and tried to make an average for my boxed copies. Most of the unboxed copies of both games are selling for around $30 so I just added a bit more for the mint boxes.
