Try Toshi at Game Theory Japan on ebay.He wont have TG-16 stuff,but he has tons of special Pc-Engine stuff.

What do you mean by special? Does he have prototypes, betas, or anything of the like?

Toshi is a GREAT guy.  I've dealt with him many times in the past and he was super.  He'll find you anything you want.  And he's totally trustworthy.
