Backup Booster 2 Battery

Anyone know where I can get a replacement battery for the Backup Booster 2? It's a 2.4v 50mah Nicad battery with solder leads. I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find one.

Just get another 2.4v battery, preferably one that is bigger. I replaced my Sega CD battery with a non rechargeable bigger battery that will last just as long as the battery that was rechargeable in it did.
