Localization Legend "Supper the Subtitler" has "joined the club" in being targeted for CD-pressings by bootleg master Tobias/PCEWorks! His projects like Private Eyedol, Galaxy Fräulein Yuna 1 & 2, etc. are now being sold on Chinese factory-pressed CDROMs...

Around a year and a half ago I botched the installation of a new HOP-M3 laser in my Duo and since then have been without CD for my NEC systems. Well, I'm going to give getting it to work one last time.I put the laser in fine, the first time after putting it together it spun up and loaded (rather slowly) and hadn't worked with the new laser. I put the old laser back and for whatever reason I can't get it to spin up. I'm going to take pictures and document my attempt here and see if anyone can help me along the way.

Added in edit: Opps I meant to post this on the repair/mod board.
