Localization Legend "Supper the Subtitler" has "joined the club" in being targeted for CD-pressings by bootleg master Tobias/PCEWorks! His projects like Private Eyedol, Galaxy Fräulein Yuna 1 & 2, etc. are now being sold on Chinese factory-pressed CDROMs...

Though I haven't played it myself (I think I soon will...), I believe it's Legend of Xanadu.

RuninRuder

Xanadu II, actually, if my memory isn't deceiving me.

Thanks- Is it good at all?  Looks a bit like Ys III-

Xanadu II is very good.  Here's my obligatory link to my review for it.

I haven't played Xanadu II yet (that's next up after I finish Xanadu I), but Xanadu I fucking rocks. They're overhead/side-scrolling hybrid action RPGs. Most of the game is played in the overhead mode but there are sidescrolling areas and boss fights, which is what you see pictured there. I've been told part II is a bit shorter than part I although no less awesome.

Thanks, sounds awesome- I've aways been a sucker for zelda II type games so I'll look into picking this up-

In that case, also add Blood Gear to your list.  It's probably one of the best side-scrolling action RPGs I've played to date.

Yea, runiruder is right, thats Xanadu II, my favorite rpg/action rpg, i just wish it had side scrolling levels and bosses like Xanadu I, instead of just bosses.
