Question about a TG16 game title....

The game title I'm looking for was a turn based military sim(HUCard). Movement on the vehicles had point values with a hexagonal underlayment. So lighter vehicles could move farther than heavier and so forth. This game is very much like the PC game Cyberstorm by Sierra or like Battletech's RPG. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks....

I assume you're talking about Military Madness (US) or Neo Nectaris (J), one of the all time great PC Engine games.

Thats the title I'm looking for. I double checked against a screenshot to make sure and thats the one. Now to find a copy of the game for a good deal. :}
