CD-ROM2 games on Wii soon ???

Was reading about this today,, is it true ?? seems our beloved games will also be available soon officially by Wii.

Well since Super CD games are already on the VC, I don't see why normal CD-ROM2 games wouldn't

yeah..no technical issue there so far. wonder if they will go to the upper step of ACDs and Sapphire etc.

I am also hopeful for plain old CDs/ACDs.

But my Wii is running out of memory already.

What's the deal there anyway? Is there no external memory options for the Wii?

There are none, other than using a memory card for backup purposes (you can't play games directly from the card).

Isn't Wonderboy 3/Monster Lair already available on the Turbo VC? If so, that's a "standard" CD-ROM^2.

another problem with the SD card: it doesn't save your state when copied. I don't know if that extends to RPG saves or not.
