The Korean PC-Engines (Vistars) seem impossible to find.  I was curious if anyone here has one.

Nah, I do not.

I'm sure I can score one if I put real effort into it during the times I'm in Korea (once~twice a year), but can't say I've seen 'em floating around on a regular basis there either.

I'd rather see you put real effort into finding a Zemmix. you could make a pretty penny on one.

These are pain to find, but when you finally do and actually played it...you'll realize you wasted your money.

Haha, I do remember seeing those Zemmixs growing up.  (Never actually owned one though... :()

Anyway, I don't "collect" systems per se, so I buy systems that are practical.  And buying either the Zemmix or a Vistar would now be for collecting rather than playing, as the alternatives to each are much more practical/functional.

Now, the Samsung Saturn, on the other hand, I'd pry put some money down on that one.  It's the only Saturn system with a multi-voltage psu, which in my case, can come in quite handy.
