I decided to revisit this classic today. Man, this game was so awesome. It was hard, but it was awesome, AND it was LOTS of fun!

*raises his arms in the air* I'M BAD!

"I'm BAD!" I love that part in the game. Have you ever tried the MSX port? Depressing yet loads of fun to play. It's like playing a cheap handheld LCD game because of it's B&W graphics, lack of music, and stiff controls. Since this on cassette it take 15 minutes to load

Data-East r.i.p it's a shame that g-mode just wanna put there games on cell phones.

It be some thing if the arcade version of bad dudes would,be in a collection for consoles.

Good Lord that sounds horrible. When I was a kid I recieved the C64 rendition as a Christmas present and it made me cry!  Like most computer games
of that time they put screen shots from the arcade on the carton.. seeing the game in motion was a real downer. 

The Arcade version is legendary though.. and I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for the shitty NES port.

I played the so called following up game called "Two Crude Dudes" on the genny & me no likey... the guys looked ridiculous, like buffed up steroid clowns

Yes, I used to love the old ads in VG&CE comparing all the versions to Double Dragon, and how much more awesome it was!!

"I'M BAD!"  Loved the NES version!!  69 guy code saved me!!
