I've been on a Strider kick lately. Because I was bored, I decided to make this comparison. Enjoy! 


Grand Master Meio=Emperor Palpatine
Solo=Bobo Fett (true fact)
Third Moon=Death Star
Flying Battleship Balrog=Imperial Starship
Light Cypher=Light Saber 
Siberia=Hoth
Amazon=Endor (even has natives)
Exclusive Desert=Tatooine?
Order of Striders=Order of Jedi
Identical Soldiers=Clone Troopers?
Ant-Lion Boss=Sarlacc (true for Star Wars, don't know about here...)
Droid Helpers=RD-D2!!
Communist Leader=Darth Vader (right-hand man to Meio, helps lead the Communist Empire)



Maybe there are more, this comparison was made for fun. Take it or leave it.

yeah, the antigrav globe always remindes me of a big training remote from star wars as well..lol.

I think that antigrav globe is more like that thing that floats into Princess Leia's cell with the needle. I believe that Darthy-poo called it a "mind probe" and that her resistance to it was... considerable.

always reminded me a bit of star wars and the game is very Russian cold war like. there not much out there that's like it and the ones that are most of them as crap, there is a snes game that's very similar i cant remember the name but its supposed to be good.

If they made a star wars game that was like strider we might finally have star wars game worth playing.
