12/23/2024: Localization News - Team Innocent

PC-FX Localization for Team Innocent is released, a pre-Christmas gift!! In a twist, it feels like the NEC PC-FX got more attention in 2024 than any other time I can remember! Caveat: The localizers consider the "v0.9" patch a BETA as it still faces technical hurdles to eventually subtitle the FMV scenes, but they consider it very much playable.

I Wasn't aware that there was a Dragon Half game on the PCE. I watched a short video, but its hard to tell what time of game it is. Anyone play this one. Is it any good ?

SignOfZeta

It's a board/party game like Momotaru Dentestu or Itadaki Street, etc.
It's OK if you don't mind constant chaos.

Please excuse me for resurrecting this old thread.

I've been always a fan of the Dragon Half Anime, and when I saw the PC Engine game for a low price of under 10 bucks, how could I say 'no'?

Beforehand, I knew from some sources like pcengine.co.uk that this game is rather a deal of fan-service and I might never work out how to win in this quite chaotic game. All I found on GameFAQs were some cheats to instantly access the different endings. I haven't tried these cheats so far. Other than that, there isn't much more information about this game on the web, at least not in English or any other language I could understand.

But if you guys know how to beat the game, I would appreciate any advice. Even some sort of rough translation of the manual booklet would be fine. Cheers!

CrackTiger

It's not too hard to stumble through. Just make notes as you go along.
Justin the Not-So-Cheery Black/Hack/CrackTiger helped Joshua Jackass, Andrew/Arkhan Dildovich and the DildoPhiles destroy 2 PC Engine groups: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook, then the other by Aaron Nanto!!! Him and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together! Both times he blamed the Aarons and their staff in a "Look-what-you-made-us-do?!" manner, never himself nor his deranged/destructive/doxxing toxic turbo troll gang which he covers up for under the "community" euphemism!

Thanks! Now that's what I call an immediate reply. 8)
Although I have to confess I still don't get it. I guess the last team that survives wins the game? 'Cause that is the only way I could think of, and I haven't played long enough to let all teams die.

I find guides, walkthroughs and play throughs a lot if I look up titles like this in Japanese. If you use google chrome is has a translation feature which is sometimes good enough to get you through some tricky spots in a game.  You might even find a video on Nico viewer which is like youtube in Japan.

Good point, I'm confident searching in Japanese and then using a website translator of your choice (you don't really need Chrome for this) could bring up more information. I'll try to see what I can accomplish and will post a link to a walkthrough or something like that along with an automated translation, if I'll be successfull.
