No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! I helped edit/betatest and it's also a game I actually finished in 2023, yaaay! Shubibiman also did a French localization. github.com/dshadoff/DeadoftheBrain

EDIT: Corrected name to DuoTap/Multitap from TurboTap

SignOfZeta

Typically the "Turbotap" refers to the jumbo plug tap that was only sold for the TG-16. All other systems, Duo (US and JP), PCE, SGX, LT, or whatever use the smaller one. So, you are either looking for the "Duotap" (US name), or "Multitap" (JP name). They are white, where as Turbotaps are black.

thanks for the heads up man :D... so its the mutitap tap then, as long as it fits in the supergrafx as well.

SignOfZeta

Yeah, all the controller stuff is the same PC Engine-wide (including the SGX, see the PCE logo on it) except for that fugly-ass TG-16 with its jumbo ports.

Here is a page that lists any Multitap you are likely to ever see. The 5 port NEC-made one (the same thing as a US Duotap) is by far the most common one.
Any of these will work on SGX.
