Forza motorsport 3 decals (some big pics: warning)

guys if your 360 is gathering dust you should try the art tools in  Forza III... Its all about using layers and modifying select shapes....



I been messing around with it this week (and although it's a little frustrating, and I can bet you will spend hours in this...) well this my first attempt..

Couldn't quite get the right font so had to create something to that "t"


Been dying on working on a Magical Chase project XD




maybe it would look better if it was placed on the other side?

around 10 hours spread over a few days....

yea when you first start you think how the f**k you gonna do this but it somehow just falls together... not necessarilly the way I wanted tho.

anyway working on a boss from a certain konami game...  gonna try and fit the 4 main characters in there too

XD yes joe you can... I tried it on a lambrogini but that has low sides and yea been playing it for around 13 hours excluding the time spent on artsy stuff..

You can purchase other peoples art from the forza auction houses.  but you only apply their decals to your cars or possible add them into your own art work...   but you can't unlock and check to see their layers or how they did it ..

lol noooo those bastards take enough money as it is... use ingame currency that you either earn playing the game or sell your designs or tuning setups via the ingame auction houses   only downside about selling stuff is that you need to have a Gold account to sell your bits and post them up...

just finished the parodius one (which took about 260 layers of shapes) got a few more parodius stuff to do including the parodius logo

Do you need to have a Gold account to take screenshots like that?  I know a few PS3 games let you take screenshots and save them to the hard drive, but from what I recall the Xbox 360 does not let you transfer files to a USB drive or whatnot.

hmmm not sure... but to sell stuff on the online auction houses yes you need gold.. usually take a screenshot upload to the forzamotorsport official website and from there you log in with your live id and just download it.. you can only view things via usb but not write to and from. or connect it to your pc
