Duo not working. :(

Finally made the alterations to another power supply today so I could use this system and here's what it's doing. Absolutely nothing. No screen, no sound, nothing happens at all.

I've hooked up a voltage meter. The power supply is working properly.

   Any ideas?

Do you have the polarity right? If its backwards, nothing will happen. Also, is this an original Duo? If so, did you check the fuse?

The polarity is correct, I checked it with a voltage meter before connecting it to the system and again just now.

Yes, this is an actual US Duo system. Just got a couple of weeks ago but only got it hooked up Sunday because I had to replace the plug on a power supply to use with it since the original owner no longer had its power supply.

As to the fuse, haven't checked it... yet.
