i own a duo, the turbo is not region modded, and i'm not lookin to spend 100+ on the 3.0 card.

but if all else fails, a region mod + arcade card pro would probably cost about $60, plus you could use the card on your duo if you wanted.

I agree with this. Another option is to get a cheap PC Engine 3.0 card and a Chopsado for it.

If you have a Duo, you already have a 3.0 built in.   Did you mean you have a TGCD?
