looks like one of those ugly "Duo" pads from TZD.  they've been out of real Duo pads for some time now so they sell modified Turbo pads.

that auction got snapped up quick.  it's always nice to see someone selling a Duo for a fair price.  
whoever purchased that deck is loaded.  not to be a snoop, but the winner has been buying multiple items on ebay every single day...including a 6,000+ dollar hippie bus.

i have a growing paranoia about what you're referring to and that's why i snoop around when i see people snag good deals on Turbo games/systems.
i don't think you have to worry about whoever won this auction...looks like just some wealthy weirdo...
