Mysterious Song - Missing an enemy from the Bestiary

Hi Folks

Last night I completed Mysterious Song :-) However I have just noticed that I am missing one of the enemies from the Bestiary.

Judging from the position this looks like a boss or similar?

Can anyone shine some light on where this enemy lies?

I already have the dragon on the list (higher up).  Good idea though.

Just noticed that I am also missing an item from the armory. Wonder if these are linked?

Did you do the puzzle quest in the last set of dungeons? That's the one part I missed, and I have one enemy missing as well.

I just wish Grimm's Kin was an actual adversary in Mysterious Song. Oh well.
