If you get serious be mindful of the ex-husband/baby-daddy situation. I've never dated a mom for serious but my buddies that have dated women with children have had better experiences when the ex-husband is actually in the picture and part of the kids' lives. You are right.  It is conceivable that she is just "DTF." However, I would argue that any woman who's focused on that without any regard of how it may impact her kids' emotional well-being (who have powerful intincts) then either a. she is not a good mother at all, b. not a woman attractive (prospectwise) for a man who can freely date a single woman without that level of drama, c. nor worth risking a broken heart if he DOES end up falling in love.  

Given this point, I stand by my original opinion since I do not believe she falls into the DTF category.
