Yeah, it's awesome. I haven't really played these since the DS version, so not sure how much it's changed since wii or 7. Lots of detail, awesome art, great sense of speed, great music. And the slow motion replays are clearly awesome.

$50 but if you get it digitally you'll get $5 in ddp credit from the secondary game you get to pick for free(assuming you have a wiiU 32gb) So that's two games and $5 in credit.

I paid $60 usd for MARIO but I went digital so I get $10ddp credit

DDP=Digital deluxe promotion, ever Wii U owner (32gb of course) should be set up for that,

Just got mario kart 8 in yesterday.I can't say ive ever got into the series fully,but id figure i would give mk8 a try.Beside i needed another game to play on the wii u any ways.I just been playing single player to get use to the game.Since the last kart racer i did play was sonic&sasr on the wii.My Wii U id is in my sig any body else that didn't send a request please do so now.I do want to try online multiplayer soon.

Yeah, that happens haha. one shell and you're gone most of the time, but it seems if you can get way out front you can keep your position. the 2-12 racers almost always seem to be in a solid pack

MK8 needs more balance if you're under 3rd place you will get to much knock back.BTW munchi code if you set up a room ?

They've made a few changes to the game. After a race, the first option on the screen is next race instead of view replay. The only added thing to the actual game play is you can now drive Mercedes Benz cars. Dumb.
