Sega Genesis Megatron?

I'm sure I already made a thread about the Mega Drive Megatron, but, now it looks like there's a Genesis version coming, maybe he's being released stateside?  Which would also mean the PS1 Prime is getting a US release as well(though, it should've been a SNES Prime), got this here:
