No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! Anyway I got my Game Yesterday, it played and my god what a, um, reflection of what game developers thought was cool and hip with the righteous dudes back in 1991.  It's not quite as good as Streets of Rage but I'll give it a solid play through.
