TurboDuo backup ram?

Not sure if this has been asked before, I prolly could have put forth a better effort of searching.

But, is it possible to increase the size of the backup ram on the console for save games? Mostly just curious.

Lol, that would be pretty amazing to own a Duo for a group of games just for the backup ram space. But alas, I believe I am going to limit myself to the one console and just get the needed items I want for it so it does everything that I want.

And... since you mentioned the  tennokoe bank cards. I see there is the card and the bank 2. I seems the bank 2 fits on the back of a console correct? So I would be more interested in just the card itself.

Now, since it is a card does that mean I can only use it for cd-rom based games? Or does it allow me to backup my backup storage?

That is a PCE card so I would need to mod my US Duo to use it without issues correct?

Yep, you'd need a region mod of some sort to use it.

It provides 3 memory banks plus has the option to swap the system's save ram with one of its banks...

It has four banks, ya fuckin' noob!

I might hold off for that then. The "Everdrive 2"... I was planning on buying an everdrive at some point so I would not need to swap out my HuCards.

I have a few extra 32Gig sdcards laying around here somewhere....

Just FYI TurboED does not work with Tennokoe so you can't use it to swap memory out of backup RAM.  You still need a physical Tennokoe PCE card (with chopsado, region modded TG-16 or Duo, or Japanese console) to use it to swap memory banks.

I have a few 8K SRAM chips that I've been meaning to hack in so I could have multiple banks inside. It would have to be manually switched but it would eliminate running out of space and needing Tennokoe or a System card to access the RAM and delete old saves.
