Hey guys, recent TG16 convert, heard about this place over dinner at the MGC - buddies, well internet buddies with DarkKobold...(from what I understand I need to distance myself from him publicly)

Working a lot on NES system as far as collecting, but very intrigued by tg16 so i'm here to learn what I can.

I find that I enjoy smaller communities anyway, so glad to be here!  Hopefully I'll remember to check in from time to time, heh.

Just kidding, I'm quite excited to know that this place exists!

Welcome, comrade! :)

I enjoy reading DK's comments and he clearly thinks about what he posts.

It's OK to have disagreements, but I never had an actual argument with DK.

We are jealous that, for you, the TG-16/PCE is a world of awesome surprises, just waiting to be discovered!

Lets see...

I am in Clinton Iowa - so a decent ways from Mason City - Clinton is the 'nipple' of Iowa, as it were.

As far as games that have made an impression, Bonk's adventure is my fave so far, but then I only have about 8 games right now.  I am a fan of platformers and other adventure types more than shooters or pinball games, I really want to get ahold of Neutopia at some point, I've heard great things about it.

For some reason, I am just fascinated by hu cards as a medium for games and I'm shocked that they weren't more widely used beyond the tg16 and SMS and honestly think that current gen systems could use SD cards for games now and kick the optical drive to the curb.

Thank you for the welcoming, and me and DK go back at least a couple years, so my comments were in jest.
