Scan Request: PS1 Castlevania SOTN Rear Inlay

Could someone please take a perfect front and back scan for me?

Thanks man!  It looks like they were both scanned with different settings as they are different sizes.

Any advise on how to match these up?

The only difficult part may be replicating those perforations on the sides.

They sell perforation tools (they look like pizza cutters) but I'm not really intending to do that anyway.  =)

I print on card stock and lightly score the fold line with my coke razor before folding, but has anyone tried a brake?
