While I indeed have a beef with how NightWolve handles his grievances with others, I realize, now that I've cooled off, that it is none of my business, and he has no need for me bitching about it.

Yeah, that's cute, heckle me about my "manners" (with poor manners on your part) in the face of being tricked, lied to, cheated, etc. regarding a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that I personally sacrificed thousands of work hours for, only to have a partner I worked with across 5 years profit fully off my back, technically violate my IP Rights, sneak around with a guy who later got a job at XSEED Games that had been demonizing me for years, along with his creepy obsessed pals, etc.!

But yeah, my "manners" should be the only focus...this from a guy who sought to obfuscate the issue, deny even the basic of facts of it as a shoddy defense in XSEED's favor and who once trolled along in a shame thread created by said XSEED employee years ago... Your issue is not at all about my manners, that's a distraction; it's just something you can exploit in defense of said individuals/XSEED as does Lipschultz himself.

And for the record, nobody gives a shit that strongly about TAS videos - it was all a matter of counter-trolling/teasing/dumping on DarkKobold given all his aggressive troll behavior in the eBay gouging/profiteering/pricing/etc. squabbles that we have around here. It was simply a tailor-made response to a particular individual.

There's basic context that's missing from your criticism. DarkKo made enemies and became hated for his early behavior, for hounding 3 people in particular in a persistent fashion, and when he posted about his work at TAS videos, it was naturally used for fodder. It could've been a zillion other things to use like his creepy photoshoot, but it was chosen because it was attached to a particular unlikable/unwanted troll.

I'm 99% sure he didn't have me in mind with his post as he's attempting to criticize "unfair flaming" which is precisely what he did when it came to me, employed flaming, i.e. wanted to start a flamewar against me (to defend XSEED), for what I did and said elsewhere on my website and Facebook account.

Since he properly started it in Fighting Street with flaming, albeit still ill-conceived, it was only natural to get back flaming - he just would've preferred that all the flaming went in my direction (his intent), instead of some of it going back in his... That's a very different issue, isn't it... I'd also say that I doubt he'd be as conciliatory, if at all, if more people had rallied in his favor as would've happened if he tried his stunt at forums like Ancient Land of Ys or GameFAQs, etc. He has a record of talking shit behind my back since 2007, so there could be plenty of other attacks that I don't know about on other forums.

That should be a requirement enforced by the forums.  I've been in other forums, where you had to have a certain post count before other parts of the forums would even be available to you.

For a raffle, always create a new thread in the relevant sales forum - TG16 raffles in the TG16 sales forum, etc.  If they are non turbo, then put em in the "Console Sales" forum.
