I was searching around ebay, and a japanese version was listed as "Uncensored Japanese Version", and so I was wondering, what exactly did they change for the US version?

Upside down cross boss,church altar after you beat said boss,mask. Maybe 1 or 2 other things,but if so I didn't notice.

The Japanese version has the dude wearing a white mask like Jason while the American version has a red mask.
