Arcade card DUO and diving board

Does anyone know if the arcade card duo works with the diving board?  Its seems to only work partially for me.  I think the reason may be what 4 pins are not connected on the converter.  These are the pins on the outer edges of the the hucard.  On all of the pin diagrams I have seen, these pins are not labled.  My converter has worked perfectly on any pc engine game but I think those pins need to be connected for the arcade card.   Connecting these pins is not a problem, but I don't want to damage my DUO or arcade card.Can anyone help me out?

Man i wish i knew the answer to that. Is tha tthe converter from Turbo Zone Direct? If so then i am weary of buying one. I want one really bad, but not if it's gonna be able to work.
