@GTV reviews the Cosmic Fantasy 1-2 Switch collection by Edia, provides examples of the poor English editing/localization work. It's much worse for CF1. Rated "D" for disappointment, finding that TurboGrafx CF2 is better & while CF1's the real draw, Edia screwed it up...

For sure imo Cloud Master is a great game, it and the X68000 version are nigh on identical to the Arcade version, and is better than the Master System version.

In the day the Master System version was the rule unlimited until I had access to other versions, I dont know if it was just the PAL version but they change the colour sceme on SMS version.

But you REALLY wanted to know that:lol:

As for Barunba, i'd give a verdict of not shit. I don't know who faithful a conversion it is, but it's at least ok, it has a rad feature where the 2nd button controls the angle of your weapon, makes for more diverse play, which is something. Might as well get it, prolly like it, its not the fastest game however.

Thanks   :D

From the screenshots I've seen for Cloud Master, it just reminds me of Son Son II (I just got this game not too long ago).  I love those kind of games and it just attracts my attention

LOL Son Son II is a classic, the monkey lead chara is class.

I tell you for ages i was such a twat at that game, on the first level i couldnt "leave" at the end.

I was sure everytime i tried it all to go through the door but couldnt.

Then one day i did, i have no idea wbhy i (or my friend) couldnt before, just one o them stupid videogame things.

The reason why you "can't" leave the door is that you have to press UP for one second in order to exit........

I had the same problem the first couple times I tried it.

One day I decided I would play it until I figured out how to proceed and it still took me a while, since I had originally tried pressing Up at the door. I don't know why they make you sit there till it works.

After that I was pleasantly surprised to find that Son Son II is a 'cute' version of Black Tiger, complete with some of the same enemies and gameplay.

It's to Black Tiger what PCE/Turbo Tiger Road is to the arcade Tiger Road.
Justin the Not-So-Cheery Black/Hack/CrackTiger helped Joshua Jackass, Andrew/Arkhan Dildovich and the DildoPhiles destroy 2 PC Engine groups: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook, then the other by Aaron Nanto!!! Him and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together! Both times he blamed the Aarons and their staff in a "Look-what-you-made-us-do?!" manner, never himself nor his deranged/destructive/doxxing toxic turbo troll gang which he covers up for under the "community" euphemism!

This topic has been left alone for sometime and I don't really have an opinion on which game you should get, but here is what I do, weather it is the right thing to do or not is up for question but its whatI do.

If I am looking to purchase a HuCard, then I download the ROM and give it a quick run through. Play the first level, or whatever distance I can cover in 5 minutes (use a demo version of Magic Engine...that only gives you five minutes). Then if I like what I saw I get it....if not, I saved my self a bit of cash to put towards my "Saving for a copy of Magical Chase fund." :D

Of course you delete said ROM once your done.
