Super Star Soldier Stage 8 Fucking Sucks!!!!!

What the hell? Half the stage is just waves of recycled enemies coming from metal Pac-man wannabes? Then a lame boss parade? What the fuck? This is so boring. What a way to ruin an otherwise decent game!

lol, I hate those metal pacman bastards! I also hate having to fight that green robot boss again (it always owns my ass). I do love the game though (see my avatar background ;) ).

It doesn't bother me because I'm too rubbish to get that far (but the thought of fighting that green robot again is enough to put me off trying).

That giant green robot is easy once you figure out how to not get hit! There's not much to it.. just move from one side of the screen to the other after the projectiles come at you.

I totally love the music for stage 8! I felt almost totally opposite to you, superdeadite.... I thought stage 8 was an awesome payoff after a very cool game. I thought it was so awesome that the game has replay value for me just to get back to that stage and hear the music again!

Tell me about it, as far as the challenge goes. I just recently played the game again and made it to stage 8 for the first time. I never make it past the next boss or two after the big green armed robot. I tried for hours once I made it to that stage. The game is great, but shit man. It is almost as much fun as it is irritating.

SSS is kinda lame all around, Final Soldier, Soldier Blade and Gunhed are all much better.

even I can accept that peeps like the other three over SSS, still SSS is far from being a lamey game. it is very solid, powerfull and innovative, even it is containing some parodies on former shooters.
