All things considered, that deal would save the buyer a good deal of money assuming he was going to buy everything there piecemeal.  Cotton goes for up to $400  alone.  Vasteel and Lords of Thunder for around $100.  3 games not even including the system and those three individually sell for over a third of the total price. 

It sucks, but that's TG16 in the year of our lord 2015.

I thought you were honestly complaining. I know I should expect an 11 on the 10 point sarcasm scale here--I do know better.

(I don't collect the CD stuff so my knowledge there is probably pretty bad as well. That doesn't help)
