Turbo Duo in need of repair!

I picked up a loose Turbo Duo at a swapmeet about 4 weeks ago. When I got it it was a mess I took it apart and cleaned it up. I noticed that the 3a fuse was gone and the unit would not power up, I bridged the fuse gap to see if it powered up and it did but nothing but a white screen as shown.

After some more cleaning and air I did manage to get the HuCard section to post a black screen with some scrambled junk and a repeating audio static noise.

The Laser side does nothing, When the unit powers up you an see the lens pop up then nothing.


I would like to get this repaired I feel that it can be saved, If one of you reputable repair guys would like to take a shot at it let me know.

I had to make a 10v adapter for it and I got a mono av cable too.
