I thought so too, but low density floppies (360k and 720k disks) have risen in value since local stores don't sell them. There some sellers that will charge $1 per 720k disk, absolutely retarded.

I bought CD-Rs the other day and was pissed how the DVD-Rs next to it were practically the same price.

Isn't that a good thing? DVD-Rs used to be too expensive now they're as cheap as CD-Rs, you can get 50pks for ~$20. I bought a 100pk for $25 a month a ago, great deal.

Some of you may rememer my shoutbox rants about our renters. Well, they left a few interesting things at the old farmhouse - most of it garbage, but I found these 3 carts in the cellar, of all places.



They were extremely dirty, and still are dirtier than I'd like (they still just smell dirty) - I'll probably clean 'em once a day for the next couple of days before I dare put them in a console.

So my wife and I recently went to the Japanese Tea Garden in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park.... in addition to acquiring a taste for Japanese Genmai tea, she took pictures of some Kokeshi dolls for sale.
