I got 6 copies from blueBMW and I gave 2 away free and traded another 2 for some 8 year old PC computer games value at about $7-$9. I wouldnt be surprised if over time the people that got multiple copies that give them away to friends or trade will show up on ebay eventually over time. Just because you see one for sale doesn't mean they got it from Blue. It could've changed hands a few times. Also I'm sure there are a few other sources to the booties. I have one black copy and one blue copy and I am not getting rid of them EVER. I just scored one of those double-cd cases to keep em in.
Either way I'll be happy to go to NZ and find out the real story. I heard it's a heck of a place to vacation.

I was pretty sure that without posting a link to the actual item that blue would know if he shipped anything here.. for all we know it miight have been a legit sale from someone who was burnt buying a pirate ( not likely ) but possible.

I remember one time someone was selling a mint copy of Maniac Mansion for C64.

with a notched disk, because the moron just wrote a disk image to a disk and made a nice looking label and put it in an empty Maniac Mansion box.

Someone was stupid enough to buy it and was like WHY DOES THIS HAVE A CRACKTRO? I PAID 300$

Yeah, I dunno what not posting the links accomplished -- It actually would've made it easier to "clear" the individual if blue didn't ship to them, but whatever.

And to be clear: blue DID NOT SELL THESE to anyone. He's taking donations just to cover his time and shipping costs, which makes it all the worse if someone is actually turning these around for profit, even if it was just for few bucks here and there.

My post count is tiny and I really appreciate being sent 2 copies because with a wife, two kids, a big mortgage and a small PCE/TG16 addiction, I can't afford the ridiculous ebay price gouging to play certain titles and since I have only recently found and been granted membership here it may be a while until I am able to participate further (re: 200 post count inserts) in a community that actually seems to want to help each other out. For that I am also grateful. I know well enough from reading other posts that burning your bridges here is a fucking stupid idea.

I would like to point out, assuming the pictures posted in the auction are of the actual item being sold, that the disc isn't the misprinted version that BlueBMW has so generously sent out.
