Dark souls......that new new crack.

So as most of you probably know, Dark souls (the sequel to demon's souls) is now out. This thread is to discuss that game. Everything from character builds, to help and tips, to frustration.  

I'll start it off by showing some frustration of my own

Well darksouls is realy a spiritual successor to demon's souls it's not a ture sequel.

Still i spent countless hours on demon's souls.

I am looking forward to playing darksouls amazon shipped my copy finally,i can wait to give the game a go.

I beat Demon's Souls and loved the game but for whatever reason I have no interest at all in Dark Souls.

^ Dark souls is definitely more frustrating. It is a harder game. I like the open world aspect alot more then the hub system of demon's souls. Im stuck right now on the bell gargoyles. so If anyone has any tips post them please.

I'm not a fan of being frustrated so there is no reason to purchase this game.  Some people find frustration fun?  No wonder nobody does anything to help fix this country.  Being miserable is FUN!

It's the reason people play Ghosts N Goblins or Ninja Gaiden. Either you love the challenge or you hate it.

This looks like a fun game. I'm already addicted to the Elder Scrolls series so im good

beat the bell gargoyles. really annoying fight. Reminds me of the man eaters from demon's souls.

Yes i did i just couldn't put demon's souls down it was so,freaking addcitive to me.Even in the end i went all out and got that %100 in trophies.
It will probably be the same for me once i get dark souls

Yeah powerful foes there beside traps but if your stuck,i suggest looking up EpicNameBro run through of it on youtube.

I have sen fortress open up as well but i'm doing a few other things frist.

^ yea i almost got to the bonfire today. not gunna spoil it but you have to keep moving. i stayed still for a few seconds to long and payed for it

I finshed off the ceaseless disacharge and the area at the bottom is opened up.Still tough enemies down there....Maybe i need to back track and try the forest or some thing.

Warrior,once you get pass the ceaseless disacarge there are two paths to take.One has many capra demon's to fight the other has many taurus  I'm working on the forest now.
