That's about 70 games (some of which aren't all that good), which is pretty close to 5% of the Wii's library.

I just hate it when people say there's "nothing good" on the Wii. There are plenty of good games on the Wii. There also just happens to be an assload of dogshit.

Tron im with you on those games. Im hoping they announce a North American release for Last Story on Wii but I have a suspician that it will become a Wii-U title. We also have Dragon Quest Online coming for wii which looks awesome! Maybe it's last Hurrah before Wii-U. Games I recommend if you haven't tried them on wii:

Fragile Dreams
Lost in Shadow
Tales of Symphonia "A New World"
NHL 2k10
Monster Hunter Tri
Sonic All Star Racing (awesome and a cheapy)
Im sure there are a few more I could recommend if anyone plays Sonic All Star Racing Contact me or Tron it would be a hoot to play online with ya

Not say that all the games of the WII is garbage.. but.. i work all day.. the last thing i want to do is move a controller around. I want to be old school lazy with a regular old controller. Also.. Wii is too kiddy for me. I tend to lean to more mature/bloody/violent games and nintendo in general obviously doesnt fit the type of game i dig.

I couldn't agree more. I hope this motion control gimmick leaves as fast as it came. Sometimes I think I want to play wii then I remember oh that game requires motion control and I say forget it

I sometime laugh at what happened tho. Think about it The Gamecube was more powerful then the PS2 and Sony came out on top. Now the roles are reversed the Wii is still a Gamecube with little update while the PS3 is HD.

I doubt mistwalker would remake the last story for the wii u,that would mean more time and resources having it done in hd.The game was made specialy for the wii 'but if it doesn't make it to the u.s i'll import the europe edition instead.

I play with my wii wii.....oh wait.... Yeah, I play my Wii at least several times a week. I love it. I do agree the shortage of awesome games kinda pisses me off, but the price is worth it for what I do enjoy.

Not this argument again. Heres the way i see it, If you play a game and you have fun doing it, who cares if the style is "kiddish" full of color and interesting characters, as opposed to most modern games who only use two different colors brown and green. I have both a wii and a ps3, and i love both for different reasons. I love my ps3 because i play fighting games alot, and the scene for fighters is just not there on the wii, but the wii also provides me with amazing first party games. I also enjoy all the platformers the wii has, and there are many 3rd party games on the wii that are great and are not "kid" oriented. The No more heroes games are great, as is madworld. I feel that people who make the kiddy argument have not tried the wii out enough for themselves and are going off shit that other gamers say.

i had a wii, beat EVERYTHING that was good on the system at the time.
i got done with it, so i sold it.
been thinking about getting a new one though, since the price has dropped, plus, i want to play brawl.

^ yeah i sold my copy of brawl. I would have kept it if the online was better and played it every once in awhile. Since i play games like street fighter competitively playing smash is kind of frowned upon for being simplistic. Also they fucked up brawl by adding the stupid trip feature.

I powered my wii up the other day and looked back through the calendar... The last time I played it was nov 2010, and that was for an hour or so. Before that it was Dec 2009 also for an hour or so. It wasnt until I got back to early 2007 that I started to see some more play time.

My wife and daughter played our Wii yesterday. It was the first time it had been turned on in months. I got my 4 year old a Dora and another game so she will be playing it some I am sure.

I picked up Cursed Mountain the other day, so yeah, I still play my Wii from time to time. I bought Zelda Skyward Sword....and ehhhh.....just cant get into it... I wish they had included the ability to choose normal controls instead of being forced to look like a jack-ass playing it. Not everyone wants to be forced to use motion controls. Its nice and all, but it is a shame that Nintendo did not think about all the players when they made a Zelda game...

I'm on the last 'world' of Kirby's Epic Yawn (pun intended). It's a nice game with neat concepts and art style, but ultimately, it's boring, doesn't really bring anything new, and super easy.

It's different enough from the Kirby formula to be "new" to me. Not new to gaming as a whole mind you.

Yea I know its been driving me buts. But its preordered and I'm ready for part 2. My fear is Pandoras Tower gonna come out for WiiU.
