Today I killed my phone. Or at least turned it into a screensaver machine

Tried to flash a different ROM with ROM manager, and now it does this:
And that's all it does.

It's mesmerizing.  Not at all a good thing, but damn it looks cool in person.  Just thought I'd share my awesome new screensaver machine.

I'm trying to figure that out right now.  It doesn't have an SD card slot, so I need to find the proper file on here:

It's an Inspire 4G.

Found it!  Just waiting on the download.  Man, what a fun way to mess up a phone!  Here's hoping I get it right next time.

Haha, that would've worked too.  Back to stock now.  Attempt number two!

Rooting the Inspire kills the sound, so if you want to root you have to flash a different ROM :/.

That visual effect there looks like the boot splash screen of my galaxy nexus.  Is that the rom you were trying to load?

No, some custom Inspire/Desire HD rom that just happens to have the same boot splash screen.  Turns out despite the dev saying it was compatible most of the forum posts I found said it was compatible with the DHD but not the Inspire.  After flashing back to stock rom, and re-rooting I managed to find myself in a new rom with ICS and Sense 4.0!
