I like signatures. They let everyone else know that you've got personality and that you're an individual. Oh wait, those are avatars. Sigs are stupid. I always turn them off and they make browsing forums so much nicer. I really don't care about what what any of you feel the need to say or show in every single post you make. If I want more information about you I'll stalk your profile.

I like when the signatures have memorable quotes, or useful links to somewhere exciting.
This "max-level forum psycho" (:lol:) destroyed TWO PC Engine groups in rage: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook "Because Chris 'Shadowland' Runyon!," then the other by Aaron Nanto "Because Le NightWolve!" Him and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together... Both times he blamed the Aarons in a "Look-what-you-made-us-do?!" manner, never himself nor his deranged, destructive, toxic turbo troll gang!

This is a HUGE turnoff for me personally and derails my enjoyment of reading most threads.  I notice this most at Neo-Geo.com....
