RAFFLE : Victory Run CIC - WINNER ANNOUNCED !!!

Hello Everyone

I came across a TG16 bundle locally that filled in a couple of gaps in my collection. However in doing so came into some duplicates also.  So electing to host another raffle and give away a CIC copy of Victory Run.

I will pick a winner no earlier than December 1st.  So lets see if we get a good pool of participants joined in by then. 

Rules
- There is no post minimum
- I reserve the right to exclude anyone that I think is a reseller, or general asshat
- I will cover shipping to Canada or US for free
- International members are welcome to join, but would ask them to cover shipping via Paypal gift
- Don't join if you already have the game CIC
- If you only have the game loose, please raffle your loose copy if you win this CIC copy
- Please join only if you plan to actually play the game
- If you ever decide to get rid of the game, please put it back to a forum member

I really like this game, but it is challenging to actually beat it. That just makes it even more fun, for me. The challenge ramps up nicely.

This is Rad Racer + Parts Management. I think it is a nice balance that adds a layer of depth to the game (you have to have an overall parts-management strategy, based on your driving style for each stage, to ensure you have enough replacement parts to beat the game).

So, this is a great game.

Updated initial posting with 17 participants.  Great turnout so far.  I will let this go as initially stated until November 30th .. and will randomly select a winner on December 1st.
