By the way. After posting the pic of the SGX I noticed that brown dingleberry looking thing in one of the grooves. Don't be alarmed! After scampering in to check like an overprotective parent all it turned out to be was a piece of a dried leaf. *whew*

I apologize. I'm a tad bit anal about keeping my consoles clean.

The music in Alien Crush kinda has the same qualities that Dungeon Explorer's has IMO. Great game that was unfairly trashed my The Video Game Critic.

My local "Video Game Castle" had a huge display case of PSP games. I didn't even realize they were sealed until I was packing them into the shipping box.

I was one of the lucky guys to have an additional Secret Santa. Got a PC Engine magazine, Bazzy Pencil Case and greeting card from the United Kingdom. Thanks Superplay!

My Secret Santa decorated the shipping box with this cool Obey artwork (sorry for the fuzzy picture).

Santa (aka Medic_Wheat) gave me Skweek, Stratego, and a bunch of Christmas candy.

Also got these 2 pieces of Anime but I don't have a Blu-Ray player so I will be re-gifting the one on the left in the form of a raffle.

I'd like to thank my Santas (Superplay and Medic_Wheat) and Necromancer for hosting/organizing this event.

Also I won't be in that raffle because I bought myself a copy of said anime lol. Although the TV show is much better then that one off OVA.

The other anime I THINK it is based on the other PCE game you were interested in. It is the first vol but I think there are 7 total vols in that series. It is also discontinued so finding the other DVDs might be a pain in the butt. Or maybe you can get them over the next few SS exchanges??

Star Breaker was made by the Startling Odyssey II folks and was ideal for translating as the script is in plain S-JIS text with no compression. Needs a font hack I recall by someone like EsperKnight or Bonknuts.

Grache, that is one of my favorite games of all time. DE's stellar music grabs me by the balls every time I play it, and it's unique atmosphere always warms my belly. That's a game that is definitely greater than the sum of its parts. Graphics and gameplay are wholly derivative yet the game somehow achieves greatness.

I can never say too many nice things about Dungeon Explorer.

I had to think for a moment... That's right, it wasn't the secret santa I asked you about, just if you wanted a card... Then again, I could have mentioned something about secret santa.

My secret Santa'ing wasn't so secret, and just involved some stuff taking up space, duplicate stuff, not games, though. So, I gave them away for x-mas.

Maybe this year I'll take part in this properly!

Yeah, hopefully I get a bit of time this week to get some OBEY time in.
