No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! Yeah, you had to download that sucker and rely on your local Photo browser (I use a good one that integrates well with Windows Explorer, and is better than the default one: faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm or better yet for webp support try: https://en.bandisoft.com/honeyview/).
