For me it's the other way around. DoxPhile is blocked while Pcenginefx is good. I blame this on the goverrats!

Get to know someone it IT.  I had the same problem.  I mentioned it to one of the IT guys at coffee and voila unblocked.

Yup, tried our local IT dept, they said it was handled by the them but the international team

Try changing your DNS server to Google's

8.8.8.8

This will probably get you back on pcengine-fx.com, but it may stop you from being able to use any resources on the work domain, such as network folders and printers... ... and you may get fired...

If the IT department is halfway competent they probably have that blocked off.
