As with my NES Advantage mod i posted https://www.pcengine-fx.com/forums/index.php?topic=18406.msg389087#msg389087, i am currently doing the same mod to the Turbo Stick (micro switch buttons and arcade joystick). When finished i can post it up and ill send you a link.

Side note I just added a Neo Geo joystick to my Turbo Express. Or any PC Engine system.
