Not an original game.

The various versions of Nod's Bomberman clone are all based on the engine that he built from the ground up. It's not a hack. If it doesn't count, then neither do most of the games in the list. Especially stuff like Bubble Bobble, Revival Chase and Flappy Bird.

A quite peculiar release is Ys 1&2 Special Edition. I did like it quite a lot back at the time thanks to the new music selection. I know it's not something "original" but still good to remember...
