Mine is going pretty awesome. ^_^

First of all, I thought I'd share this picture, because the title of this DVD is unintentionally hilarious for the like-minded (a.k.a. gutter-minded):

I must say, I was expecting a different cover. And no, I didn't buy that, I bought the American Godzilla.

The other thing that made my day rock is my job. I'm a customer service rep for T-Mobile, and in our call center, we're split into teams. My team is #1, and I'm #1 on the team.
Also, because I did EXCEPTIONAL on a call today, I get a $50 Amazon gift certificate. So yeah, it rocks to be me. ^_^

So far, so good! I got an extra few hours of sleep this morning!

I made some brownies using this recipe: http://southernfood.about.com/od/brownies/r/bln561.htm

Except I omitted the nuts, substituted carob powder for the cocoa powder, and substituted 1/2 cup brown sugar for the 1 cup sugar.

I overcooked the butter/carob mixture to start with, so it was a bit clumpy... and the brownies came out a bit dry overall but it was my first attempt. The key is that all the dishes are washed so my fiance Phoebe won't give me heck when she gets home

I did some stuff on gamefaqs... I submitted release data for the turbografx 16 and all the japanese releases (surprised nobody has done that in all these years)

I also got some more box shots submitted to gamefaqs...

I'm about to wind down with some Blazing Lazers before I go to sleep (I work graveyard)

But, the good news is that I finally installed a roof rack and luggage carrier on our family vehicle (we're driving up to Massachusettes tomorrow).

I've been looking at shape shifter on tzd.com for about 6 years but have never pulled the trigger...

I tried baking the brownies again yesterday, and I'm trying them right now. They came out much better on my second attempt!

I forgot to add it my previous post that I'm using whole wheat flour...

Anyway, I reduced the cooking time by about 5 minutes, since a coworker of mine told me that I probably overcooked them. I also was less aggressive while melting the butter and mixing it with the carob powder. The first time, I overcooked the butter/carob mixture a bit. This time, I turned off the heat on the stove as the butter melted, and then mixed in the carob powde with no heat on the stove.

A very good meal today, yes indeed!

Ok I'll chime in...

Today I got fed up with my email machine here at work as it turns off now like 4 times a day for no reason....so spent most of my morning configuring a replacement machine. Lunch was left over pasta my wife made for me a few days ago (still good...). Spent rest of afternoon installing Visual Studio SP1 on my mail machine while I surfed the forums on my other test machine. Going to go home now and meet up with some friends for a few hours, then maybe if I get home early enough start filming some PcenginefxTV footage...

Overall, my days are pretty non-eventful.

My mother said she was gonna get me a Turbo Express to help make up for some money she had borrowed from me, but then I check and the site raised the price up to $249.99! What the hell..... And then when I told her that, she's like "That's too much. You need to wait." WHY ME???!!!

I gotta pound my beers quick and get to bed though.. I'm going to escorting an athlete at the Special Olympics tomorrow morning. Wish my athlete some luck!!
