No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! I helped edit/betatest and it's also a game I actually finished in 2023, yaaay! Shubibiman also did a French localization. github.com/dshadoff/DeadoftheBrain

nice to know!
Well sorry, I didn't feel like typing out all the info, ok!? ._.

Here you go:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_Television_Interface_Adapter < That's the main graphics chip.

It works with the ANTIC chip ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ANTIC ) and that's basically the GPU.

I'd bid... if I liked buying useless crap.

Tatsujin

thanx for the effort kitsune^^

i simply wanted to know, if the cpu owns a rgb-output, since you need that to produce a proper s-video output.

Haha. You took the words right outta my mouth, Joe. The 5200 is barely better, if at all, than the 2600. If you're going to buy an Atari system get the 7800. The joystick is better and it's backwards compatible with the 2600. It's also not a ginormous monstrosity. (see AVGN review)

I've been meaning to start collecting 7800 stuff. but every time I look for one on ebay, it's always bundled with an assload of 2600 carts, and maybe 1 or 2 7800 games.

I think I will call your wager and raise you an Odyssey 2 with AVs.

Silly Kamino, you might not like games anymore, but I can still find the nerd sections of your site.  [-X

That guy has got some funny shit going on in his Rants section. I hate to say it, but I agree with him on a lot of that stuff.

nat

I don't agree with the NES hating stuff...

I relate strongly to his rant on kids, however.

I forgot which video I first found the Kamino site on (it was him reviewing some Genesis game), but there is really no better word to describe that man than "jackass".

The worst thing is how he pronounces the thing!

NESS

All cheeseheads call it that too, it is really annoying!  :|

Keranu

Kamino has really gone down hill :( .

Yeah sorta, I talk to him on IRC and I've met him a few times. He recently sold his 1,000+ video game collection for drug money and now he just moved to L.A. with another person I know online, which is totally strange since he used to be anti-Cali and 100% pro-Wisconsin.
